Ordering Process

1) To purchase a piece, simply click on the "add to bag" link button
2) To view and modify the list of items in your shopping bag anytime, click the "shopping bag" link button
or icon on the top right corner of your screen.

*Be sure to click the "Upload" link button to confirm the modification.
3) Click on the "Checkout" link button to confirm your order.
4) Confirm the final total, taxes included, by clicking on the "Proceed Checkout" link button.
You will then be referred to the secure Website to complete the transaction.
Once you have paid your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an estimated shipping date.

Guarantee and return

If you are unsatisfied with your purchased item, we can exchange it within 15 days of the purchase (excluding shipping cost).
- All items for return or exchange must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are obtained by
emailing or calling us. Once you have received your RMA please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you.
- We request that all goods are returned complete and carefully packed in its original box, within 15 days
of the date of your purchase.
- We do not insure any lost goods during transportation.
- There are no refunds.
